Elo Holiday Home for vacation is located in Poličnik, only 11 km from Zadar and 800 m from the exit - Highway Zadar 1.

It consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. Relax and refresh in the pool located in the back of the house. Visit the city of Zadar rich in cultural and historical heritage, Paklenica National Park, try rafting on the canyon of the river Zrmanja or go on a safari through Velebit.

Elo holiday home is located in Poličnik, only 11 kilometers from the city of Zadar. The newly built house is located in a quiet area, the perfect place to escape from everyday obligations and the hustle and bustle of city life. The house is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The house has 4 spacious and elegantly decorated bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which has a shower and the other a bathtub for daily relaxation. The kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything that guests may need during their stay in the villa and a comfortable and harmoniously decorated living room are perfect for pleasant gatherings with access to the terrace and garden of 620 m2.

The garden is equipped with a barbecue where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with your family and friends. In the fully fenced yard there is a swimming pool of 32 m2, surrounded by deck chairs.

The house offers free Wi-Fi and private parking.

A few meters from the house there is a large sports field for free football or basketball without notice. Next to the playground there is a bowling alley and swings for children.
