Oak House

The Oak House holiday home in the village of Rizvanuša is ideal for all those who yearn for a fairytale vacation - in addition to enjoying the modern interior and exterior, this facility is a starting point for natural and urban sights in the area.

With a size of 130 square meters, spanning the ground floor and the gallery on the first floor, the rooms of the house seamlessly blend into each other due to their uniform decoration, so it seems that the space "flows" like one of the Lika rivers. The house can accommodate up to eight guests. It has a master bedroom with a double bed (and a cot, if needed) and a private bathroom with a shower, one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, and another bedroom with a single bed. Those two bedrooms have a shared bathroom, while there is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

And although the interiors look very natural and homely, they do not lack the reach of modern technology, which includes free internet connection, three smart TVs and Acton II speakers from the well-known Marshall audio company. For complete relaxation, guests can also use the Finnish sauna, which can accommodate up to six people. Those who are inspired by nature can show off their culinary skills in a kitchen equipped with various modern appliances - from a standard and microwave oven to a fruit strainer.

Organically shaped, surrounded by centuries-old forest, the Oak House holiday home in the Lika village of Rizvanuša, close to Gospić, seems like something from a fairy tale. How could it not be, when the pristine, magnificent environment of the Velebit Nature Park is perfectly complemented by an interior that is pleasing to the eye and comfortable to the mind and body, where natural materials and a calm, decent palette of colors prevail.
