Villa Delilah

The villa was built in 2020 in a modern style, has 140 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 380 m2. It is 1,6 km away from the nearest sea and beach, and the same distance from the nearest restaurants and cafes. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, one of which has an en suite bathroom with shower, and there are two more ordinary bathrooms, also with showers. There is also a TV in each bedroom.

The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals for the whole family, and in the dining room there is a dining table for 6 people, and includes a TV.

The kitchen and dining room lead directly to the outdoor terrace, which will leave you breathless. You will find pleasant refreshment during the day or night in the pool of 21 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m.
The pool contains a hydromassage section for relaxation as well as a shallow section for children.
You will sunbathe on 6 deck chairs, you can also use the outdoor gas grill and dine on the outdoor dining table. You will be able to drink your morning coffee on the outdoor seating set, which includes a coffee table.

The villa has a garage where you can park your car or use it as an exercise area.

Additional facilities include a washing machine, dryer and iron, and if necessary, a baby cot is available.

The villa also has a beautifully landscaped garden, and inside the yard offers 2 private parking spaces and garage.
