This beautiful, luxury villa is located in Pridraga and is just a short walk away from the nearest beach. This area is perfect for those who search for a holiday away from mass tourism. Besides cultural and historical beauties, Dalmatia offers some local delicacies - home-made dalmatian prosciutto (pršut) and Mediterranean blue mussels are just a few of many delicious gastro pleasures that this part of Dalmatia can offer. This rustic villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a huge living area, and a wonderful dining room that seats eight people, with a second dining room outdoors.

Each of the three magnificent sunny bedrooms has an en suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, as well as a baby cot. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 additional guests.

If you want to spend your time outside, there is a lovely pool with deck chairs where you can relax and enjoy the sun for days. On the open plan ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room and a dining room forseen for 8 persons.
The ground floor has direct access to the terrace and the villa´s large garden.

There is a grill in the yard, as well as private parking for cars. In one of the bathrooms, there is also a jacuzzi and sauna. Those who enjoy being active while on vacation will love the tennis court, which can be turned into a basketball or football court, as well as bicycles to explore the area and the children's playground. The beach is only 300 meters away, and markets and restaurants are within walking distance. Boat rentals are offered on request at the villa if you enjoy exploring the water.
